Well established organisation within the Property and Facilities Management sector located in both North Sydney and Rosehill. With a focus and professionalism to deliver essential services to key industries in the Resources and Industrial Infrastructure Services, they are also a leading global provider of operations, maintenance, asset and project management services.
To be short listed for this unique opportunity you must have a proven and stable customer service working background, must be able to commit to a 24/7 working roster including public holidays. You are to required to manage case files, break and fix work orders, facilitate with sub-contractors, enter claims and complete daily transactions.
Skills and Criteria:
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Able to commit to a 24/7 working roster including public holidays
- (all loading will be paid)
- High volume inbound experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and passionate customer service approach
- Clerical and admin experience
- Flexibility and Reliability
- Data entry, alpha and numeric
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Required to undergo medical prior to commencement date

- 7.00am - 3.30 pm
- 9.00 am - 5.30 pm
- 3.30 pm - 11.30 pm
- 11.30 pm - 7.30 am
